Thus it was that I was able to follow my usual practice of arriving at 2pm then clearing off at 6pm so everyone else can have some fun. I took my camera with me, but it died rather than take Jinck's picture, so I resorted to my back-up. This was a disposable camera with a recalcitrant flash and no zoom, so the images that resulted look even weirder than my usual photographic efforts. Still, that's photons for you.

Because Poledra was driving, she did not consume the usual quantities of alcohol that she requires in order to consent to having her photo taken, so she chickened out. I also missed Boggy and Antman, who turned up after I left (probably following their, "you can't walk past a pub and not have a drink in it" rule).
